We collect app usage data to improve the service, including pages visited, features used, and session time.

Meal and body photos are stored securely on third-party servers (Amazon S3). They are not shared with third parties except for AI analysis processing.

How we use your information

To provide and improve the service: personalize workout and nutrition recommendations, analyze meal photos with AI, and generate your daily plan.

To process payments through Stripe. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

To send you notifications related to your progress and the challenge, if you have given consent.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Photos and sensitive data

Body photos are private and only accessible by you. They are not used to train AI models or shared with other users.

Meal photos are processed by AI to estimate nutritional values. Results are estimates and should not be used as medical or nutritional diagnosis.

You can delete your photos and data at any time from your profile.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

Some data may be retained for legal or accounting obligations for an additional period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

You can request a copy of your data or account deletion by contacting us.

If you are in the European Union or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

Cookies and session

We use session cookies to maintain your login. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
